Q Is it possible to save/edit the pictures shown in the log window?
A Yes, it is. Just click on the image. It will be opened in Preview.app for your viewing pleasure. You may save it from there, too.

A You don't need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal: Buyers can check out without a PayPal account.
Q I'd really like to pay for your products, but your PayPal page is german.
A You are experiencing a rare bug of the PayPal site. This is how people worked around this:
  • I got the English PayPal page by clicking on “Kaufabwicklung fortsetzen” on the German page, which took me to a page with a form. I entered USA where it asks for “Land”. This took me to an English page where I entered my username and password to pay. PayPal emailed me that the transaction had taken place. (taken from http://osx.iusethis.com/app/backuploupe)
  • Another user reported that only the login page appeared in german. After logging in the PayPal site was displayed as expected.
